Gyeol Dental Art Studio Inc. offers a five-year limited warranty on eligible fixed restorations against the specific defects in materials and workmanship described below.
Exclusions
What is not covered
Re-preparation
The warranty is void and does not cover cases where re-preparation (re-prep) of the tooth is required.
Clinical or supporting conditions
The warranty does not cover failures resulting from recurrent decay, periodontal disease, subsequent trauma, improper seating, or failure of supporting oral structures.
Claim requirement
Original restoration and models must be returned.
To request a warranty review, contact the studio before returning the case. Warranty eligibility is assessed according to this policy and the circumstances of the restoration.
