Advanced workflow 6+ units

Advanced Anterior & Complex Case Protocol

A systematic workflow designed to support precision, predictable aesthetics, and seamless clinical integration.

  1. Digital Diagnostics & Smile Design

We begin with a comprehensive digital smile design and 3D-printed diagnostic models to establish the aesthetic blueprint for the case.

  2. Provisionals & Guide Fabrication

Once the digital design is approved by the clinic, we fabricate eggshell temporary crowns or preparation guide shells, coordinated for the patient’s scheduled preparation appointment.

  3. Clinical Evaluation & Design Refinement

After provisional insertion, the clinic provides clinical photographs. We use this feedback to evaluate function and aesthetics and make any necessary refinements before milling the final restoration.

  4. Precision Digital Shade Analysis

For high-end aesthetic restorations and complex anterior cases, precise shade data is captured using Optishade and Matisse software protocols.

  5. Final Fabrication & Delivery

Guided by the approved design and colour-matching data, the final restoration is carefully layered, finished, and prepared for a precise, well-coordinated seating appointment.

Complex cases are planned collaboratively with the prescribing dental professional. Timing and required records are confirmed for each case before production begins.
